At Xrage Sports, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All tags and packaging must be intact.

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Used or damaged products not caused by shipping issues

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing or product issues, provided the item is in its original condition.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Xrage Sports will replace the item at no additional cost.
